Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

About Us: Skip Stone Coffee is a family-owned and operated year-round coffee shop located in downtown Sister Bay, Door County, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Keep the coffee bar clean and organized
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow
