Retail Sales Associate - Fish Creek Moccasin

Fish Creek Moccasin is seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Associates for the upcoming 2023 season from May to October. As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while promoting our unique line of handmade moccasin footwear and accessories. Potential work in manufacturing leather goods and shoemaking could be arranged if interested. 

Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate/Part-Time -- Super Flexible on schedule and working around other jobs if need be

Location: Founders Square, Fish Creek, WI

Store Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products and providing product information
• Process sales transactions using our POS system, handling cash, and credit card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and managing inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods of time.
