Butchers & Meat Cutters

We are seeking an individual to implement the craft of cutting meat in a full-service meat department within a high-quality grocery store. This family owned and operated store has a reputation for quality meat and customer service.

Additional duties may include: ordering food and supplies, understanding of inventory and merchandising, preparing meat for the customers using a wide variety of processes, operating equipment within the department, unloading trucks, and training others in food preparation, safety and health standards.

We are looking for anyone from an apprentice to experienced meat cutter/butcher. Preferred experience, educational background and/or cooking knowledge, however we are willing to train!
