Bayside Home Medical is looking for a motivated and customer service oriented person to join our team! Bayside is a leader in medical equipment and sleep and respiratory care. Bayside has 3 locations: Sturgeon Bay, Green Bay & Appleton. Training may take place in Appleton prior to working full time in Green Bay.
Customer Service Representatives responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers in showroom
- Assisting customers with their Medical Supply needs
- Demonstrating the functionality of equipment and supplies
- Discussing the insurance requirements and qualifications for various products and supplies
- Speaking with customers and referrals on the phone
- Processing sales orders and necessary paperwork
- Communicating with referral sources and gathering necessary information
- Scheduling deliveries
- Assisting other departments with various projects
This is a full time position to start that will include Monday through Friday hours but does not include weekends at this time.
Candidates with related experience is a bonus but we are mainly looking for someone with great people skills, a passion to help others, positive attitude and a drive to achieve goals.
Candidates MUST have a great attitude, work well with others, be compassionate and have a passion for taking care of others.
Position requires to be added to the on call rotation.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour based on experience in the medical equipment field.
