Oven (Powder Coat - Fluid Bed) Operator

Position Summary: This person will be responsible for assisting and working as a team to complete rubberized/plastic coating operations on various parts. Attention to detail is a must. Working with others is required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Hanging steel parts on hooks and placing items on a hanging rack that enters the oven.
• Occasionally cleaning hanging hooks.
• Replacing hooks when bad.
• Monitoring oven temperatures and adjusting as needed.
• Monitoring fluid bed levels and adjusting as needed.
• Learning techniques assigned to each part.
• Assembling, packaging and labeling boxes.
• Learning machine “habits” and reporting to maintenance should they be needed.
• Keeping work areas as clean as possible.

Work hours:

• Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime may be available, but it is not mandatory.

Starting wage: Based on factory experience.
