Narrator/Crew - Death's Door Boat Tours
We are seeking individuals to crew and narrate on our scenic boat tours. These individuals are part of the boat crew and will be responsible for handling dock lines along with providing the narration to passengers. This is the new location for Fish Creek Scenic Boat Tours LLC which has been running tours for the last decade. This new operation is ready for a go getter to take the helm (no pun intended) and run with it.
Information will be provided to be able to learn the facts & history being viewed during the different tours we offer. You will be paid to train and learn the narration by doing ride alongs with other guides. It is highly recommended to also research on your own to learn new information. This is a fun, family friendly business and the narrator or tour guide will do their part to ensure passengers are enjoying the ride. Door County history and knowledge is a plus but not a requirement as this can be learned.
This is a drug free work place and our captains and crew are subject to random drug testing per the Coast Guard. Crew is also required to be CPR and 1st aid certified, which the company will pay for.
This is a seasonal business from mid May - mid October. We are looking for individuals that can work for an entire season and would likely return year after year. Great per trip pay plus tips. Located behind Charlie's Smokehouse in Gills Rock.
