Job Description

As a member of our deck installation team, you will:

• Construct and install custom decks and outdoor structures
• Ensure precision and quality in all carpentry tasks
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry or deck installation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
