Café & Retail Teammate – Full Time & Part Time

We are excited to announce that we have a position available at Door County Coffee for the right person. Great wages and benefits and there are NO NIGHTS!  This teammate will be a part of our Cafe & Retail team. In this role you COULD be a barista, work in our retail shop, cook, or support our kitchen team as wait staff.

To succeed at this role you need:

• A positive attitude!
• Solid customer service skills
• Have the stamina to be on your feet most of the day in a hospitality environment
• Have the desire to make Door County Coffee a career - not just a job!
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift – which does include weekends – no nights

This position is based at our Café & Roasting facility in Carlsville, WI – just north of Sturgeon Bay on HWY 42. Our café is open 7:30 am to 4:00 and shifts would vary in this time frame.
